Defensive Focus Practice

Saturday practices will be a defensive focused practice. We will also have bullpens on Saturdays for anyone looking to pitch. All players MUST have a physical on file with Rockbridge County High School in order to participate. Anyone who is currently playing a fall sport for Rockbridge County High School will not allowed to participate.
