Baseball pre-season practices will begin on Tuesday, January 11th will continue on Tuesdays AND Thursdays (weather pending) until tryouts begin. Practices will be held at the baseball field and will run from 4-5:30 PM. You will need all baseball equipment. Please have transportation ready at 5:30PM to depart the field.

Attendees must have an active VHSL Physical on file at RCHS- if you have one at a middle school, you must get it transferred to RCHS. If you have played a sport this fall or winter, your physical is still good. If you do not have a physical on file at RCHS you will not be able to participate.

If you are a middle school athlete or parent, please spread this information to other middle school parents and encourage those interested to download the Team App. This is where we share all information.

Additionally, there will be a BSN team store available in the coming days that will ONLY last less than two weeks if you are interested in purchasing the BSN RC Baseball gear. I will post that information when it becomes finalized. Our Champion reverse weave hoodies will be available for purchase there- I know a decent number of you have asked for these.
